1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death on Escape) and the Road Traffic Act (Non-accident after Accidents) are those engaged in driving a DNA high-speed car;

On August 9, 2016, the Defendant driven the said vehicle at a speed of 0.170% alcohol level of 0.170% from the blood alcohol level on August 12, 2016, and driven the said vehicle at a speed of about 70km from the north of the Yancheon-si to the west-si Port of Bocheon-si.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by occupational negligence, caused the death of the Victim F by damaging the victim F from the said job to the two parts. Although the Defendant destroyed the victim G-owned truck to the repair cost, he did not immediately take necessary measures, such as aiding the victim by immediately getting off the said vehicle, and escaped from around 1.5 km away from the said place.

The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving a sound driving) from the roads near the Yacheon-si, Yacheon-si, Yacheon-si, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of about 0.170% from the 3km section of the 3km-si, Yacheon-do to the roads in front of the Yacheon-si, Yacheon-si, Yacheon-si, Yacheon-do.
