1. The defendant shall pay 3,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from June 16, 2017 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, on December 17, 2015, lent KRW 40,00,00 to the Defendant on or before the due date on February 29, 2016. The Plaintiff paid KRW 20,000,000 on or before the same date, KRW 17,000,000 on January 19, 2016, and KRW 3,000,000 on January 19, 2016, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the remainder of KRW 33,00,000,000, excluding KRW 2,000,000,000 paid to the Plaintiff on April 28, 2016, and damages for delay calculated on or after the following day from the due date of the instant application to the date of complete payment.
