1. The Defendant’s ground for termination of title trust on November 17, 2015 is limited to a motor vehicle indicated in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Indication of Claim: The Plaintiff, upon the Defendant’s request, agreed to transfer the motor vehicle indicated in the separate sheet to the Defendant’s name after two to three months after the transfer of the motor vehicle in the name of the Plaintiff. As such, the Plaintiff, as a duplicate of the complaint, should terminate the title trust and claim the acquisition of the transfer registration procedure (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act
