A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
B From June 2010 to April 201, 201, B operated “E” in the name of “E” in the Busan District Office of Ctel in Busan, Busan, and around April 23, 2011, upon having a loan company operate “G” in the name of “G”, and had F change the name of the loan company from “G” to “H” from “G” to “H” and served as “E” in the name of providing “H”’s loan funds. From June 23, 2010 to April 23, 201, F was employed as an employee after having registered the loan company in the name of “G”, and the name of the loan company from around August 6, 2012 to around August 23, 2012 changed the name of the loan company from “H” to “H” to “H” and the Defendant used the loan company to operate the loan company as an employee from around December 23, 2012 to December 13, 2012.

On February 2012, from around December 2013 to around December 2013, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act, while working as an employee of the said “G” and “H”, and with knowledge that the said B, F, and H, operated a vehicle-backed rental enterprise (such as Busan, Ulsan, Daegu, etc.) in the nationwide area including Busan, Ulsan, and Daegu, and intended to run a motor vehicle management business without registration of the motor vehicle management business, the Defendant is legitimate unless the vehicle lessee delays the payment of interest or contacts for more than two months among the vehicles kept as collateral after receiving a vehicle transfer certificate from the applicant in advance after receiving the vehicle transfer certificate from the borrower.
