1. The Defendant shall pay KRW 59,345,00 to the Plaintiff the annual rate of KRW 15% from June 26, 2018 to the date of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts.
3. Partial dismissal (the plaintiff claimed a 20% interest rate per annum from the delivery date of the copy of the complaint to the day of full payment).
