In addition, on July 8, 2016, the Plaintiff Credit Guarantee Fund received a provisional attachment order with the Busan District Court 2013Kadan50037 with the claimed amount of KRW 297,00,000 for the instant apartment, and submitted a claim statement with the claim amount of KRW 436,398,979 (the principal amount of KRW 283,464,344,635) as a person entitled to provisional attachment and demand for distribution in the instant voluntary auction procedure.
