A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 8,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Defendant

A is the chairman of the H trade union located in G, and Defendant B is the chairman of the J branch under the I.

1. No person who is a defendant A shall require a specific organization to publish false facts about whether he/she supports from the specific organization in favor of the candidate by means of broadcasting, newspaper, or any other means for the purpose of getting elected;

Nevertheless, the Defendant issued a letter of support to the head of H trade union, P trade union, and Q trade union three organizations in N around April 7, 2016, to the 18th and 19th G National Assembly members' interest, and issued a letter of support to the 10 newspaper companies, including R, the chairperson of the P trade union, and S, the chairperson of the Q trade union, who were the chairperson of the P trade union, sent pictures to the 10 newspaper companies, including the 20th National Assembly members' non-elections, and distributed the above report materials to the 10 newspaper companies, including the 13th National Assembly members' non-elections' non-elections' election, so that M candidates will be published in the 13:5 p.

However, there was no fact that three organizations of the above taxi trade union supported M candidates.

As a result, the Defendant published false facts about support from a specific organization for the purpose of getting a candidate to be elected.

2. A full-time officer or employee of an organization (referring to V, I, and W) contributed or subsidized by the State or a local government as a national movement organization established under a special Act by Defendant B, and the representative of such organization, etc. (including a City/Do organization and a Gu/Si/Gun organization);

Nevertheless, the defendant is favorable to the M candidates and disadvantageous to the K candidates for the purpose of getting them elected in the election of the 20th National Assembly members and winning the K candidates.
