On March 2012, the Defendant came to know through the victim B (n, 32 years of age) and the Internet game site, and came to know about about four months and came to know about the internal relationship.

1. The criminal defendant did not have any intent or ability to complete payment even if he/she borrowed money from the victim due to a lack of certain workplace or income.

On March 27, 2012, the Defendant called the victim’s cell phone and falsely stated that “I will complete the payment at a place of contact with the parents if I lend money to the parents, where I would not have a contact with the parents.”

As such, the Defendant, as well as by deceiving the victim, received KRW 100,000 from the victim to the head of his post office, and acquired KRW 5,480,00 from around that time to August 8, 2012, a total of 16 times, as shown in the annexed crime inundation list, and acquired it by deception.

2. On August 2012, the Defendant, who received a request for the hedging from the victim on the first time, had the victim informed her husband of the fact that she had an internal relationship with her husband, and had the victim informed her husband of the fact that she had an internal relationship.

On August 7, 2012, at around 17:00, the Defendant sent the victim a letter of “to know the fact of internal relationship directly with the victim,” using the NAPC hosting site in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, by threatening the victim to “to know the fact of internal relationship directly with the victim, and to help the victim live,” thereby threatening the victim to withdraw the settlement money of one million won and monthly living expenses from the victim, but was not committed and attempted.
