However, it is against the Defendants for one year from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

1. On December 2015, C and Defendant A agreed to operate a commercial entertainment business establishment in the name of “G”, respectively, by leasing 305, 306, 202, and 203 of the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju. Defendant A agreed to raise initial funds, such as studio and equipment, and C agreed to provide telephone reservation, customer guidance, and female employees and funds management.

According to the above public offering, C received 80,000 won from the first patrolman from January 2016 to the 25th day of the same month from the above studio in which an average of 7,00 won per day was received from the above studio and gave guidance to the relevant studio. In addition, C and Defendant A distributed the profits therefrom.

As a result, C and Defendant A conspired to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.

On January 2015, C and Defendant B agreed to operate a commercial entertainment business establishment in the name of “K,” respectively, by leasing the H room 405, I room 203, and J room 306, which read “K.” Defendant B decided to raise initial funds, such as room deposit and fixtures, and Defendant B decided to provide telephone reservation, customer guidance, and cash management.

According to the above public offering, C received 80,000 won from the beginning of January 2016 to the end of January 25, 2016 of the same month from the above studio, and informed the relevant studio, and then let female employees do an act of similarity that stimulates the sexual organ of the customer by hand, and C and Defendant B distributed the profits.

As a result, C and Defendant B conspired with each other to arrange sexual traffic.
