1. At around 21:50 on May 12, 2014, the Defendant driven a Fyone kilometer or passenger car with approximately 1 kilometer in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of 0.253 percent at the front of the place located in the same Gu and Seo-dong in the Gu and Seo-dong, in front of the Gu and Seo-dong, in front of the Gu and Seo-dong.
