[Criminal Records] The Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on April 28, 2016 to imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of forging a private signature in the Daejeon District Court's Support for Incheon District Court for the same year.

5. 10. The judgment became final and conclusive.

[Criminal facts] The Defendant, while having not obtained a driver’s license, was in custody of the first class ordinary driver’s license under the name of the Commissioner General of the Hahbuk-gu Police Agency, the same student, who became aware of in a marina society.

1. A crime committed on March 20, 2013;

A. On March 20, 2013, the Defendant’s unlawful uttering of official document borrowed a car from the office of the Seo-gu, Daejeon, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon, in order to obtain a license from an employee of the said three types of sirens, who is required to present the driver’s license, and the said driver’s license, which is an official document, presented it as the Defendant’s driver’s license.

B. For the purpose of using a vehicle at the above date, time and place, the Defendant forged one copy of the vehicle rental contract in the name of “E” and the resident registration number column, stating “X,” and sign the “Y” on the “X, driver’s license column,” and forged one copy of the vehicle rental contract in the name of “E”, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

The Defendant, at the above date and place, submitted a forged vehicle rental contract to the employees of the above Sejong Cren who was aware of the forgery, and exercised it as if they were genuine.

2. A crime on September 3, 2013;

A. On September 3, 2013, the Defendant: (a) borrowed a vehicle from the Libera office located in Seo-gu, Daejeon, Daejeon, at the Libera office; and (b) the Defendant presented the said Libera’s license as the Defendant’s driver’s license, which was an official document required by the said Libera’s staff, to present his driver’s license.

B. The Defendant of the forgery of a private document is called “E” in the vehicle rental contract with the intent to borrow a vehicle at the above date, time, and place.
