1. On September 14, 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened a door of DK7 car at the market price of KRW 30 million owned by the victim C Co., Ltd. and operated the said car by using the keys at the same time; (b) committed a theft with cash of KRW 200,000,000,000, which is owned by the victim E-owned by the said vehicle, from around October 9, 2019, from that time, until around 00:0, the Defendant stolen the property worth KRW 101,763,40, total market price owned by the victims over 15 times in total, as shown in the List of Crimes No. 1.
Accordingly, the defendant, who was sentenced to imprisonment not less than three times due to larceny, has stolen another's property during the period of repeated crime.
2. Around 00:00 on September 14, 2019, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license in the section of about 5 km from the road front of the Suwon-si, Suwon-gu, Suwon-si to the 02:48 day before the same day, and driving a motor vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license in the section of about 5 km from around 02:48 of the same day, from around October 3, 2019, until October 3, 2019, the Defendant used the motor vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license for a total of 5 times as shown in attached Table 2.
On October 8, 2019, 2019, the Defendant observed around the G road in front of the Mayang-gu G around 02:02, Ansan-gu, Ansan-gu.
