A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months and by a fine not exceeding ten thousand won.

Punishment of the crime
On August 12, 1996, the Defendant was employed by the Korea Road Corporation from January 2, 2014 to December 2, 2015, and worked as the design deputy head in C (Class III) at the D D D Project Association (hereinafter “Project Association”) located in C, and ordered by the Korea Road Corporation (hereinafter “E”) to perform the duty of determining the appropriateness of the quantity, unit price, etc. included in the design documents when requested for the change of the design, and the Defendant is a person who is deemed a public official in the application of bribery pursuant to Article 2 subparag. 35 of the Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes.
1. Receipt of money and valuables;
A. F (1) On October 2013, the Defendant requested F (State) representative G to recommend F (State 1) H (State 1), a contractor of F (State 1), to supply materials and select F (State 1) as a contractor of H (State 1). He requested F (State 1) to recommend F as a supplier of materials and a contractor of H (State 1) on November 1, 2013.

2. 1.) Around the foregoing time, at the office of “BB”, in consideration of the supply of materials and orders for construction as above, G received KRW 500,000 in cash in return for receiving orders from the said office, and on September 2014, the first-come and first-served order (9.7.).
9. Around 10.10,000 won in cash was collected from G in the office of the business entity “the business entity” under the same name.
Accordingly, the defendant accepted a bribe of one million won in cash in relation to the duties of a person who is deemed a public official.
B.
