Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Punishment of the crime
At around 15:30 on May 24, 2019, the Defendant was a driver of a cruise car, and around 8 km from the border road at the Hanwon-si, Seoyang-si, Seoyang-gu, No. 55, Yangyang-do, to the front of the 3020 Choyang-dong Sea, the Defendant operated the said vehicle from May 24, 201 without a driver's license.
