1. The defendant shall pay 100,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 24% per annum from July 14, 2009 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

(However, the creditor shall be deemed the debtor as the plaintiff.

2. Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act (Judgment by public notice) of the applicable provisions of Acts;
