The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. On June 25, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 05:40 of the facts charged, on the grounds that the Defendant, alone, she dried the victim C (24, female) at the location of the victim, on the ground that he/she dried the sound when the Defendant alone, and that he/she dried up the road at the location of the victim, thereby breaking up the victim’s head debt, and assaulting the victim’s head debt.
2. Provisions applicable to facts charged in judgment: Article 260(1) of the Criminal Act; Article 260(3) of the Criminal Act; Article 260(3) of the Criminal Act provides that a victim C shall dismiss a public prosecution for withdrawal of his/her wish to punish on December 18, 2018: Article 327 subparag. 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act
