Defendant

B is the friendship of the victim C (man, family name, and D) and the defendant A had maintained the relationship with the defendant B from around 2006, and the victim was aware of the existence corresponding to the defendant A.

1. Defendant A

A. Accordingly, the Defendant had sexual intercourse with the victim who is a minor under the age of 13 by a deceptive scheme as above.

B. On March 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent Acts, such as Minors under the age of 13), the said Article 1-A.

on the same day as paragraph (1), and at the residence of the above victim, the above paragraph 1(a).

B, due to the rash B’s room, instructed the victim (the victim, the 11 years old), and the victim to be punished for the bridge, and made a false statement to the effect that “B was involved in the victim’s sexual intercourse, i.e., whether the vegetable function is multi-faceted, why she is why her finger, why she does not come, and how her finger is her finger, her finger will not be added, and her finger will not be added again).” The Defendant’s finger was stored in the part of the victim’s negative, and she was fluened to the effect that “I have become aware of the management until she becomes such a situation,” and that it was a false statement to the effect that “I have become a sexual problem of the victim.”
