A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing vehicle B.
1. Around March 25, 2020, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.182% on blood alcohol level on March 25, 202, and proceeded at a speed that would not be known after driving the said vehicle at a distance that would not be known after making it turn to the left at the seat of the Seoul High School from the
At night and on the front side of the vehicle operated by the defendant, the victim D (ma, 56 years old) was examined E in the front side of the vehicle, and in such a case, there was a duty of care to ensure safety distance in the vehicle driver and to prevent accidents in advance by safely driving the vehicle after checking the front side and the left side.
Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and did not reduce the speed in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, and by negligence while driving the vehicle on the part of the victim who was driven by the Defendant, received the front part of the rocketing vehicle where the Defendant was driving.
Ultimately, the Defendant, by negligence while driving a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol while normal operation is difficult, suffered injury to the victim, who driven the above malking mar, tension, etc. in need of approximately two weeks of light treatment, and suffered injury to the victim F (53 years of age) who was on board the vehicle for about two weeks of light, tension, etc.
2. On March 25, 2020, the Defendant driven the said vehicle while under the influence of alcohol of approximately 0.182% of the blood alcohol concentration at the section of approximately 2 km from the Seocho-gu Seoul to the roads near Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan City (Seoul), around March 25, 2020.
