A. As to Plaintiff A, 65,285,850 won and its weight, 55,285,850 won, from January 1, 2018 to 10,000.

A. The plaintiff A asserts as follows:

(1) From October 2016 to November 201, 2017, Plaintiff A claimed interest on the deposit amount: (a) paid KRW 28 million in total to the number limit of 16 of the 16 former unit of the deposit amount operated by the Defendant (hereinafter “instant first unit of deposit”); and (b) paid KRW 2 million in the last 15th unit of deposit; (c) the Defendant was obligated to pay KRW 3,1920,000,000 calculated according to the rate of the deposit amount to be paid to Plaintiff A; (d) the Defendant was obligated to pay KRW 3,420,000,000 calculated according to the rate of the deposit amount to be paid to Plaintiff A; and (e) the Defendant is obligated to pay KRW 3,422,00,000,000,000,000 to the Plaintiff (= KRW 3,1920,28,50,000).

(2) As the Plaintiff A’s claim for the return of the deposit amount from July 2017 to November 201, 2017, paid the sum of KRW 10 million in the deposit amount to the 16-year number system (16-year number system (hereinafter “second-year system”) which was operated by the Defendant, the Defendant is liable to return the deposit amount to the Plaintiff A.

(3) As the Plaintiff A loaned KRW 89,190,00 to the Defendant, the Defendant is obligated to return the loan amounting to KRW 89,190,00 to the Plaintiff.

B. The plaintiff B asserts as follows.

(1) As Plaintiff B’s claim for the return of the deposit amount of the fraternity affiliated with the Plaintiff around July 2017, from July 2017 to November 201, 2017, the sum of the deposit amount of KRW 10 million to the 16-year number fraternity of the 16-year number account (hereinafter “third limit”) operated by the Defendant, the Defendant is obligated to return the deposit amount of KRW 2 million to Plaintiff B.

(2) As Plaintiff B’s claim for the return of the deposit amount of the fraternity affiliated with the Plaintiff around October 2017, from around October 2017 to around November 201, 2017, the sum of the deposit amount of KRW 2.68,00,00 (2) accounts in total to the number limit of 16,000 (16,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,0000,000,000,000,000,000)

(3) The plaintiff B requested the return of the loan to the defendant 3.
