On February 26, 2013, the Defendant agreed to pay the principal and interest of a loan each 720,290 won from February 26, 2013 to the victim Hyundai Capital for 48 months, and set up a collateral security right of KRW 29,00,000,000, out of KRW 29,720,000, when purchasing the said car from the said D Sales Agency, the Defendant purchased the said car from the said D Sales Agency.
