The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 6,637,345 out of KRW 10,586,427 and the amount of KRW 6,637,345 from September 5, 2020 to the day of full payment.
According to the reasoning of Gap evidence Nos. 1, 2, and 3 (including branch numbers) and the whole arguments, as to the cause of the claim, each of the following facts: ① C Co., Ltd. shall set the loan period of 60 months, the loan interest rate of 7.5% per annum, the overdue interest rate of 24% per annum, and the loan period of 48 months, the loan interest rate of 5.9% per annum, and the overdue interest rate of 24% per annum on June 15, 2018; ② C Co., Ltd. shall transfer the above loan claims against the defendant to the defendant on July 2, 2018; ③ each of the above loan claims of the defendant may be acknowledged as being based on the attached Form No. 409, Dec. 21, 2015.
According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff, a transferee of the claim, delay damages calculated at the rate of 24% per annum of the interest rate in arrears from September 5, 2020 to the date of full payment of the principal amount of KRW 6,637,345 out of the above loan debt of KRW 10,586,427 and the above money.
2. According to the conclusion, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
