The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted by the first instance court, the lower court is justifiable to have found the Defendant guilty of the instant facts charged on the grounds stated in its reasoning, and contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, there is no violation of logical and empirical rules and free evaluation of evidence.

In addition, the argument that the defendant's act constitutes a justifiable act is not a legitimate ground for appeal since the defendant's ground for appeal or the court below did not consider it as a subject of judgment ex officio.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
