1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 76,324,285 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from April 9, 2018 to the date of complete payment.

Reasons

1. Claim: (a) the unpaid balance of the goods (food, etc.) supplied by the Plaintiff to the Defendant by March 8, 2017 on the goods supply agreement dated March 8, 2014; and (b) the unpaid amount of KRW 76,324,285; and (c) damages for delay thereon.
