1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 29,70,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from October 5, 2014 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the defendant and received a ruling of recommending reconciliation that "the defendant shall pay 29,700,000 won to the plaintiff up to October 31, 2004, and if so, he shall pay the unpaid amount at a rate of 20% per annum from June 19, 2004 to the day of full payment" ( Daegu District Court Decision 2004Da70861), which becomes final and conclusive on September 18, 2004, which means that "the defendant shall pay the delayed payment at a rate of 20% per annum from June 19, 2004 to the day of full payment" (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act).
