A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Around 09:00 on March 27, 2016, the Defendant driving a non-stop vehicle C without obtaining a driver’s license in a section of about 4 km from the front side of a bus terminal located in Pyeongtaek-si in Gyeonggi-si, to the new flueb park located in the same Si-dong.
2. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act is a holder of C non-stop vehicles.
On March 27, 2016, at around 09:00, the Defendant driven C non-string cars without mandatory insurance at approximately 4 km from the front side of the bus terminal located in Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi-do, to the new town park located in the same city.
"2016 Highest 1467"
1. On June 1, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 22:00 on June 1, 2016, the Defendant driven a C non-Stop car without obtaining a driver’s license in the section of approximately 2 km from the Do in front of the Gyeonggi-gu Do in the same city to the road front of the 465 Aptop Do in the same city of Ansan-do; and (b) on June 1, 2016, without obtaining a driver’s license.
2. On June 8, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 18:50 on June 8, 2016, the Defendant driven a CBS car without obtaining a driver’s license at a section of about 1km up to the entrance of the company and without obtaining a mandatory insurance without obtaining a driver’s license at the section of about 1km up to the front of the CBS Do in the same time as that of the Do in the city where it is equal from the Do in front of the Do in Pyeongtaek-si, Chungcheongnam-do.
