1. The Defendant shall pay the Plaintiff KRW 100,000,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from February 21, 2018 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Claim indication: Loans of 100,000,000 won on December 14, 2007; and
2. The Plaintiff filed a claim for interest or delay damages from December 14, 2007 to February 20, 2018, which is the delivery date of the instant complaint. However, there is no evidence proving the interest agreement or the payment date. Therefore, the claim for this portion is dismissed.
3. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
