1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 40,094,370 and the interest rate of KRW 26.9% per annum from August 17, 2016 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. The Defendant, with the indication of the claim, agreed to repay the principal and interest of KRW 46,00,000 on November 13, 2015 in equal installments for a period of 48 months, and agreed from the Plaintiff at 14.9% per annum and at 26.9% per annum on loans from the Plaintiff. However, the Defendant’s security offered by the Defendant was attached and lost its profits as of August 17, 2016. As such, the Defendant, with the interest rate of KRW 40,094,370 per annum and damages for delay at the rate of 26.9% per annum from August 17, 2016 to the date of full payment.
