1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
On July 30, 2019, the Seoul Central District Court ordered the Plaintiff to deposit KRW 6,20,000 as a security for the instant litigation costs, and within ten days from the date of receiving the notification of the order to provide security. The above order to provide security reaches the Plaintiff on August 7, 2019, and the Plaintiff appealed the immediate appeal on August 14, 2019, against which the Plaintiff was dissatisfied with the above order to provide security. However, the above court dismissed the appeal on the ground of the lapse of the period of immediate appeal until August 19, 2019, and the above order to dismiss the appeal was finalized on August 30, 2019 after the delivery to the Plaintiff on August 22, 2019, the above order to dismiss the appeal became final and conclusive, and the fact that the Plaintiff failed to provide the above security within the period of time prescribed by the above order was clearly recorded or clearly stated in this court, and thus, the appeal is dismissed as per Disposition of this case under Article 124 of the Civil Procedure Act.
