성매매알선등행위의처벌에관한법률위반(성매매알선등)
A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
Defendant 2018 Goyang-gun 290 is a person who has operated a commercial sex dealing business establishment with the trade name of Ilyang-si Ctel 1257, 1550 and the former Dtel 1347, E, F, and G.
1. From June 13, 2017 to June 21, 2017, the Defendant: (a) posted the said Ctel 1257 between around June 13, 2017 to around June 21, 2017; and (b) received cash 60,000 to 20,000 won for each course of study from unspecified male customers who found it. In return for sexual traffic, the Defendant: (c) had his/her name-non-merchants female (I) sexual intercourse with the said male; and (d) had them receive some of the said payments by arranging sexual traffic for a total of two times during the business period of nine days; and (e) had them receive profits from arranging for commercial traffic for a total of 40,000 won.
2. On July 4, 2017, the Defendant, around July 4, 2017, posted a commercial sex advertisement in the above Ctel 1550, the above Dtel 1347, the Internet site “H, etc., and received 60,000 or 100,000 won in cash for each course in return for commercial sex acts from unspecified male customers who found the advertisement, and had them do sexual intercourse with the above male women, and had them do sexual intercourse with the above female sex trade women, etc., and acquired profits from arranging commercial sex acts for more than three times in total during the business period of one day by bringing about some of the above payments.
The Defendant, from January 1, 2018 to March 13, 2018, posted commercial sex acts advertisements in ancient-si Ctel 914, F trade name, Internet site "H, etc.," etc. in order to receive 170,000 through 30,000 won from unspecified male customers in return for commercial sex acts, and had K (S: L) who is a female sex trafficking, do sexual intercourse with the above male, and arrange commercial sex acts for ten times by taking part of the above price.
