1. On December 17, 1982, the defendant filed for the registration of Gangnam branch court in the Chuncheon District Court with respect to the real estate stated in the attached list to the plaintiff.

1. Indication of claim: Claim for the cancellation of registration of creation of a neighboring mortgage due to the expiration of extinctive prescription on December 2, 2012 (a preliminary claim and the primary claim made on September 29, 1989 that the said debt was extinguished by repayment)
