On October 30, 2012, the defendant was issued a summary order of a fine of one million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the credit branch of Suwon District Court on October 30, 2012.

On January 3, 2020, at around 21:47, the Defendant driven a e-learning vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.040% from around 600 meters to the front road of the same time as the C Station located in Ischeon-si B.

As a result, the defendant, despite the fact that he violated the prohibition of drinking driving, has driven a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
