1. Fraud to an insurance company;

A. Defendants A, B, and C’s joint criminal acts require the insurance contractors who subscribed for insurance to be hospitalized in one Council member operated by Defendant B, and Defendant C, upon receiving the instructions from Defendant B, prepared a medical record book as if the said insurance contractors were hospitalized in the hospital and did not receive treatment, and issued a written confirmation of entry and discharge, thereby soliciting the patients to receive insurance proceeds from the insurance company.

A, B, and C conspired with Q on September 2, 2009, the fact was that Q was hospitalized at the Council of M from Sep. 2, 2009 to Sep. 19, 2009 as “high blood pressure heart disease, inner high blood pressure,” but was completely hospitalized, and issued a written record of medical treatment as if the person was hospitalized and received medical treatment, and then issued a written confirmation of discharge.

Q around October 1, 2009, the victim new life insurance company filed a written confirmation for the release of the above insurance money with the victim's new life insurance company.

Defendant

A, B, and C, in collusion with Q Q, deceiving the above damage by the aforementioned method, and deceiving it from such damage to receive KRW 1,875,00 on October 6, 2009 as insurance proceeds, and they conspired with the above patient in collusion with the victim in the name of Q, such as the part due to hospitalization from March 6, 2010 to September 20, 201 of the annexed crime list (excluding the part due to hospitalization from March 6, 2010 among the 22, 23, and 7, 2010 among the 15, the part due to hospitalization from July 30, 201 to February 24, 2010 among the 16, and the part due to hospitalization from February 24, 2010 to the above method).
