Punishment of the crime
【Criminal Records of Crimes】 On October 18, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for interference with business affairs at the Seoul Southern District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Chungcheong House on May 20, 2014.
The victim C of "2017 Highest 2267" was a person who escaped from North Korea on or around February 1999 and was living in the Republic of Korea, establishing "D" to broadcast radio broadcasts related to North Korea on or around April 2004. The defendant, who escaped from North Korea on or around April 24, 2007, was a North Korean separated resident who entered the Republic of Korea on or around February 2012, was aware of the victim and demanded to communicate with the South Korea unilaterally and attempted to access the victim.
1. From March 7, 2017, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act: (a) sought a “D” office located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E Building 201 on March 7, 2017; (b) sought an interview or teaching system by continuously attempting to approach against the victim’s express intent; (c) sought an interview or teaching system by continuously attempting access against the victim’s explicit intent; and (d) repeated actions demanding an interview or teaching system by continuously attempting to approach the victim five times in total against the victim’s explicit intent, such as the list of crimes, from that time to March 14, 2017.
2. Around March 18, 2017: (a) around 07:25, the Defendant found the “D” office in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E building 201; (b) opened the entrance by recklessly manipulatinging the password of the above office entrance, which was corrected to ascertain whether the victim C works in a certain environment; and (c) intrusion into the building managed by the victim by entering the said office.
3. Obstruction of business;
A. On April 12, 2017, the Defendant found in the “D” office located in “D” office located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E building 201, and, on the ground that he/she would be married with C, he/she was able to look at, and suggest.
