Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.
If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
On November 29, 2012, at around 22:10, the Defendant driven a vehicle B Banbot with blood alcohol content 0.17% from approximately 47 meters in front of the Dongdae-gun, Gangwon-gu, Gangwon-do, Seoul, to the front road of the elderly welfare center located in the same Ri from the front road of the Dongdae-gu, Gangwon-do.
