1. The Defendant, in the greenhouse located in Ulsan-gun C, was working for the game room without a trade name in the greenhouse located in Ulsan-gun Co., Ltd. from early November 201 to November 23, 2011; D, E, and F, as a joint proprietor; Defendant, G, and H, as an employee; the Defendant installed 20 game in the “Ytomato” game not rated by the Game Rating Board; provided 40 game in the “sea-to-sea-to-sea-to-sea-to-sea-to-sea” game; provided the game to many unspecified customers who find the game; provided the game to the rest of the amount calculated by deducting 10% from the points obtained according to the game result by the customer; and exchanged the remainder of the amount calculated by deducting 10% from the points obtained by the Game Rating Board.

As a result, the defendant provided game products not rated in collusion with D, E, etc. for the use of customers, and exchanged the scores obtained through the use of game products for business purposes.

2. From December 1, 2011 to December 8, 2011, the Defendant involved in an illegal game room at the “J” warehouse located in Ulsan Northern-gu I operated an untitled game room at the “J” warehouse located in Ulsan-gu I, Ulsan-gu, U.S., and D, as a business owner, the Defendant was working as an employee, installed 23 game of “Yamato” and 10 game of “sea-to-sea”, which did not receive a rating from the Game Rating Board, provided a game to many unspecified customers who find the game, and exchanged the remainder after deducting 10% from the points obtained as a result of the game to the customers in cash.

As a result, the defendant provided game products without rating in collusion with D for customers' use, and exchanged the points obtained through the use of game products for business purposes.

3. The Defendant related to the illegal game room without a trade name in the Ulsan-gu K container. The game room is located in the game room without a trade name in the container located in Ulsan-gu from May 12, 2012 to May 15, 2012.
