Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.
Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is liable for military service.
When a person liable for military service moves his place of residence, he shall make a move-in report within 14 days.
Nevertheless, in spring around 2018, the head of the Dong-gu Dong-gu, Cheongcheon apartment E, which is the defendant's domicile, failed to report on the transfer of and entry to the head of the Dong at the place of residence within 14 days without justifiable grounds.
