The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a Clearning car.

On April 6, 2016, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at around 13:20 on April 6, 2016, while driving the national highway D, which was in the speed of 80 to 90km from Seoul to Hongcheon-gun.
