Reasons

According to the records, although the defendant filed an appeal against the judgment below on April 16, 2013, the defendant did not submit the statement of grounds of appeal within 20 days from the submission period for the statement of grounds of appeal under Article 361-3(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act even if he received the notification of the receipt of the trial records from the court on May 10, 2013, and the petition of appeal does not contain any grounds of appeal, nor does there exist any grounds of ex officio investigation on the records.
