1. The Defendant’s KRW 63,300,000, and its annual amount from May 29, 2019 to May 31, 2019, and the Plaintiff’s annual amount of KRW 15%.
1. The Plaintiff seeking reimbursement of KRW 63,300,000 as well as damages for delay, on the ground that: (a) the Plaintiff lent a total of KRW 84.5 million to the Defendant from March 10, 2016 to August 23, 2018; and (b) the Plaintiff was reimbursed KRW 21,200,000; and (c) the remainder of KRW 63,300
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings: Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act;

The part to which partial dismissal is dismissed is claimed for the payment of damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the day after the copy of the complaint in this case is served to the day of complete payment. However, pursuant to Article 2(2) of the Addenda of the Regulations on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019) (amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, Jun. 1, 2019) concerning the statutory interest rate of Article 3(1) of the Addenda, the part to which
