The defendant is a person who is engaged in the operation of dump truck construction machinery.

On September 1, 2018, the Defendant driven a dump truck at the above dump truck on September 15:28, 2018, and turn to the left at an aesthetic speed toward the intersection of D in front of Kimpo-si from E to Kimpo-si.

The location was the intersection where signal lights are installed in the front of the children protection zone.

In such cases, the driver of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to confirm whether there is a motor vehicle traveling along the intersection by reducing speed and checking the side well, and to prevent accidents by driving safely according to the traffic signal in advance.
