1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 49,216,920 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from September 22, 2017 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The grounds for application for the indication of the claim are as shown in attached Form;
(However, the “creditor” is deemed to be the “Plaintiff” and the “debtor” to be the “Defendant.” In case of the “debtor B” corporation, the payment order became final and conclusive on December 2, 201, Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act.
