Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.
Where the above fine is not paid, 100,000 won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a student who attended the mechanical design of the C University in Busan and the second year.
1. On May 2, 2017, at around 17:57, the Defendant: (a) accessed two female high school students on the instant road using the mobile phone camera function in the vicinity of the Busan Dong-gu, Busan; (b) taken four parts of the body, who are a bridge.
Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of another person who may cause sexual humiliation or shame by using the camera function of the mobile phone against his will.
2. At around 18:00 on the same day as the preceding paragraph, the Defendant taken two copies of the body, which is the part of the bridge, by approaching the name-free female high school students who walk the above path by using the camera function of the mobile phone in front of the EF restaurant located in Busan East-gu, Busan-do.
Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of another person who may cause sexual humiliation or shame by using the camera function of the mobile phone against his will.
3. The Defendant, at around 18:01 on the same day as the preceding paragraph, accessed the nameless female who walked on the road by using the mobile phone camera function in Busan East-gu, Busan-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong
Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of another person who may cause sexual humiliation or shame by using the camera function of the mobile phone against his will.
4. The Defendant, at around 18:03 on the same day as the preceding paragraph, accessed the victim G (17 years old, female) on the way of the bus stops located in Busan East-gu, Busan-dong, using mobile phone camera functions, and taken 50 continuously on the rear side of the body, such as the bridge part, etc.
Accordingly, the defendant is against his will, by using the camera function of the mobile phone, likely to cause sexual humiliation or shame.
