1. The defendant
(a) deliver the buildings listed in the annex;
B.13.5 million won and the delivery of the above building from May 8, 2015.
1. On September 7, 1998, the Defendant, with the indication of the claim, leased a building attached to the attached Form C as KRW 1 million, monthly rent of KRW 250,000,000,000. On October 6, 2010, the Plaintiff succeeded to the lessor status by acquiring the ownership of the above building on October 6, 2010. A claim for delivery of a building on the ground that the lease contract was terminated due to the Defendant’s delinquency in rent (=250,000 won x 54 months) or a claim for unjust enrichment equivalent to the rent of a building on the ground that the lease contract was terminated due to the Defendant’s delinquency in rent.
