In February 2014, the Defendant: (a) was a resident in Seo-gu, Seoan-gu; (b) suffered considerable damage from mountainous districts of KRW 20,000 on the basis of the standards for recovery expenses of mountainous districts in the Korea Forest Service by converting illegal mountainous districts into five square meters of forests in Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul; and (c) incurred considerable damage to mountainous districts of KRW 20,000 from March 28, 2014 to March 30, 2014; and (d) illegally cut the standing timber of KRW 97 (scale 7.11 square meters) that was born in D forests of KRW 1,124 square meters without permission to fell into high-quality trees; and (e) suffered damage equivalent to KRW 99,000 from the standard market value of forest trees publicly notified in Seo-gu, Yan-gu, by cutting it into trees, without permission to fell.
