On June 29, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Changwon District Court on April 16, 2008, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Changwon Prison on April 16, 2008.

1. Fraud;

A. On January 29, 2011, the Defendant concluded that “A victim B shall use a credit card and make a full payment with the credit card leased,” before the Samsung Digital Franc store located in Seongdong-dong, Seongdong-gu, Seoul.

However, at the time, the defendant did not have a certain amount of income, and even if he borrowed a credit card from the victim and used it, he did not have any intention or ability to pay the amount.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, obtained a copy of Samsung Card in the name of the victim from the victim, and settled 20,000 won from the C fixed land point, and acquired property profits equivalent to the same amount from the above date and time to June 29, 2012, and acquired property profits equivalent to the same amount by borrowing ten copies of the credit card in the name of the victim from the above date and time to June 29, 2012 as shown in the attached list of crimes (1).

B. On April 26, 2011, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim B that “I would complete payment if I would lend money to the victim B, which is urgently needed.”

However, at the time, the defendant did not have any revenue, and even if he borrowed money from the victim with bad credit standing, he did not have any intention or ability to repay it.

Nevertheless, as above, the Defendant, as well as by deceiving the victim as above, received 2.1 million won from the victim, and took over 25.3 million won from the above date to September 24, 201 from the above date and time to September 24, 201, by means of the remittance of 2,5.3 million won in total eight times, as shown in the crime inundation (2)

C. The Defendant around March 30, 201, at the king of Seongdong-gu Seoul, Seongdong-gu 285 (Haakdong-dong).
