1. The Defendant’s KRW 139,230,417 as well as 5% per annum from July 2, 2015 to September 25, 2015 to the Plaintiff.
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. The statutory interest rate of Article 3(1) main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Partial Dismissal (amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sep. 25, 2015; effective October 1, 2015) and Article 2(2) of the Addenda of the same Act shall be 20% per annum, which is the day following the delivery date of the complaint in this case from September 26, 2015 to September 30, 2015, and the interest rate of 20% per annum, which is the day following the delivery date of the complaint in this case, shall be 15% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment, and the claim for the portion in excess shall be dismissed.
