The reasoning of the court of first instance for citing this case is that the defendant submitted additional Nos. 43 and 44 (including paper numbers) at the court of first instance; however, it is insufficient to reverse the judgment of the court of first instance; the court of first instance stated “No. 16, Nov. 15, 2012” as “No. 21-2, No. 71-2, and No. 73, Dec. 7, 201; the court of first instance deleted “No. 21-2, No. 76, Dec. 3, 207” as “No. 2, 207, 207 x No. 365, Jun. 2, 2005” as “No. 2, 207 x No. 375, Dec. 2, 207, 200).
2. In conclusion, the part of the plaintiffs' claims for confirmation of invalidity and the part of the plaintiffs' claims for damages equivalent to wages should be cited for the reasons, and the part of the plaintiffs' claims for compensation for damages should be dismissed as there is no reason, and the judgment of the court of first instance is just in conclusion. Therefore, both the plaintiffs' appeal and the defendant's appeal are dismissed as they are without reason. It is so decided as per Disposition
