From 1979 to 12, 1989, the defendant was working in C, which is operated by the partner with unlimited liability of a limited partnership company C.

1. On September 11, 2012, the Defendant had access to the e-mail (D) subscribed under the Defendant’s name at the Defendant’s residence on September 11, 2012, and then had access to the e-mail (e-mail) of the director E director (e-mail) who is the customer of C operated by the victim, “(comfort) Incheon,” and the amount of tax evasion for a total of four billion won or more is 4 billion won. On July 23, 2012, the Defendant filed a complaint with the employees at the Jungbu Police Station in Incheon, Jungbu, Incheon, and refused to refund the police station. On September 20, 2012, the Defendant, at around 09:20 on September 20, 2012, had access to the e-mail subscribed in the Defendant’s name at the Defendant’s residence, and had damaged the victim’s credit by transmitting a false fact to the e-mail of the employees of the e-mail (J) affiliated with the e-mail of the e-mail of the e-mail group that is the client of the victim.

On October 17, 2012, around October 17, 2012, the Defendant had access to the e-mail subscribed in the Defendant’s name at the Defendant’s residence at around 18:35, and had damaged the victim’s credit by transmitting any false fact in the same purport as the above e-mail of K representative, who is the customer of the victim, to the victim’s e-mail.
