A. On April 23, 1983, D completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the E prior to 1,058 square meters of land in Jindo-gun, Jindo-gun (hereinafter referred to as “land indication”).

B. D on July 26, 1983, divided and changed land category into E large 330 square meters and C previous 782 square meters.

C. D on July 29, 1983, completed the registration of the preservation of ownership of the cement sapap 132.0 square meters in the Jeonnam-gun, Jindo-gun (hereinafter “instant building”), and operated Kim processing plant in the instant building from around that time.

However, unlike the indication on the registry, the instant building was newly constructed over E, 330 square meters and C, 872 square meters prior to C, among which the part existing in C prior to C 872 square meters and the part possessed by D for the operation of Kim Processing Factory is a total of 134 square meters (hereinafter “the part on the instant dispute”).

On June 9, 1987, the procedure for the auction of real estate rent of E large 330 square meters and the building of this case was commenced as G for the Gwangju District Court, Gwangju District Court, and H was decided as the highest bidder at the above auction procedure, and the sale price was paid in full on September 8, 1989.

F. On January 19, 1994, D divided the area of 782 square meters prior to C into 473 square meters prior to C, 235 square meters prior to I, and 20 square meters prior to J. D. The part of the instant dispute was included in the area of 473 square meters prior to C.

G. On the same day, E large 330 square meters was divided into E large 313 square meters (hereinafter “instant adjacent land”) and K road 17 square meters, and land category was changed.

H. On December 8, 1995, D divided and changed land category into three hundred and thirty-three square meters with three hundred and forty-one square meters with three hundred and forty-one square meters with three hundred and forty-one square meters with respect to the land in this case. The land in this case was included in three-three-two square meters with respect to the land in this case.

I. On the same day, D completed the registration of ownership transfer (the registration date on December 7, 1995) with respect to the above C large 332 square meters and L medium 141 square meters to the Defendant on the same day.

(j) On December 14, 1995, the Defendant completed the registration of initial ownership on the cement brick C C, Jindo-gun, Jindo-gun, and 76.6 square meters of a single-story house (hereinafter “instant house”).
