Punishment of the crime
[Criminal record] On February 10, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to the suspension of the execution of imprisonment for six months for fraud in the Daegu District Court’s assistance, and the judgment became final and conclusive on February 18, 2017.
[Criminal facts]
1. For the purpose of using money at the C cafeteria operated by the Defendant in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, on February 1, 2016, the Defendant of a private document forgery: “All B 1F in the Jung-gu, Daegu-gu, Seoul-gu, Seoul-gu, and the security deposit column for lease on a real estate purchased at the convenience store” in the space where the equipment was used to use the marbation tool in the form of the contract for lease on a real estate purchased at the convenience store; “Seoul-gu, Jung-gu, Seoul-gu”; “Seoul-do,” “Seoul-do,” “F 12 June 2, 2015; “A lessee may not demand the lessor to pay the premium separately”; “D”; “E” in the resident registration number column; “B” in the name and address column of the lessee; and “I” in the name and address column “B”, “B” and “B” in the name and address column.

2. On February 2, 2016, the Defendant: (a) intended to offer a forged real estate lease agreement as security and borrow money from the victim’sO at the instant coffee shop located in Daegu Jung-gu L; and (b) had the victim lent money to the victim as the cost of the interior works of the C cafeteria is required; and (c) had the victim offered the deposit and the premium of the C cafeteria as security and completed the interior works; and (d) had the Defendant sold the said cafeteria and paid money three months thereafter.
After the false statement, the above real estate lease contract has been forged, the victim may exercise the right to deliver the contract as if it was a document that actually formed the real estate lease contract, and as if the above real estate lease contract was genuine.
